IT Engineer (Reporting and Dashboard)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Expert in create professional reports/dashboard to deliver insightful information (charts, tabular, graph, etc.)
• Analyze and improve reporting performance including data accuracy, timely report delivery and ease of report access.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) programming maintenance and development.
• Create custom mapping in ETP tools to manipulate and transform data into reports
• Write T-SQL and PL/SQL store procedures, views, functions and build SSIS or others ETL packages using integration design, data architecture, and high-performance techniques.
• Provide 24x7 standby on call support through a rotational on-call schedule
• Conduct user training sessions and maintain comprehensive system documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have experience with RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database and SQL programming.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL programming
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with programming languages such as Python
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
• Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and multinational environments
