IT Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure and security systems.
• Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Evaluate and improve IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
• Oversee system development, implementation, and integration.
• Supervise system architecture and engineering activities.
• Monitor equipment performance during installation and testing.
• Oversee equipment testing and operational performance.
• Coordinate software and hardware engineers in system optimisation and testing.
• Assist the Project Manager in addressing clients’ technical enquiries.

IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and software.
• Manage Windows systems, Microsoft Office 365, email, and user accounts.
• Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, equipment deployment, and new user setup.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
• Liaise with external vendors and regional IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
• Support daily office operations and IT-related projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience, with relevant experience is welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Experience in user account management, software installation, and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, endpoint security, or remote support tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
