About the role
Assist with the daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities, performing routine equipment inspections and supporting on-site installation, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure stable operation of power, cooling, and server systems.
- Support on-site installation, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment.
- Maintain relevant documentation and update asset/inventory management systems.
- Handle on-site incidents and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow safety and security procedures within the data center environment.
About you
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work.
- Detail-oriented with good execution skills and operational awareness.
- Able to follow procedures and work well within a team.
- Able to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
