IT ERP Engineer

About the role

Atlas Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT ERP Engineer to join our growing IT&Software team. This is a full-time position based in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues, including incident identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Monitor and maintain ERP system performance, including database management, system health checks, and proactive issue prevention
• Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business requirements whilst maintaining system integrity
• Manage user access controls, security settings, and data integrity within the ERP environment
• Assist with ERP system upgrades, patches, and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations for knowledge management and future reference
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting functions across ERP modules
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for ERP enhancements and system changes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with specific enterprise solutions like SAP Business One, SAP FICO, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, or financial accounting workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical aptitude for resolving system errors and database bottlenecks.
• Good interpersonal skills to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and end users
• Strong command of written and spoken English for effective communication with both local and international teams.
• A positive work attitude, and a commitment to providing reliable IT support to the organization.
