IT ERP Intern

Responsibilities :

• Mapping and checking data before inputting / uploading process.
• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the system.
• Performing data reconciliation between the primary data source and the data uploaded into the system.
• Regularly tracking data progress and outstanding items.
• Actively coordinating with the IT ERP, SCM and Finance teams to address all required needs.

Requirements :

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong in data accuracy.
• Able to work with large volumes of data and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong willingness to learn and understanding of SCM, Finance and Yonyou ERP business processes.
• Able to complete tasks according to the agreed targets and timelines.
• Experience using ERP and/or other Accounting Systems is a plus.
• Willing to commit with 3 months internship period (paid).
