IT ERP Specialist (Odoo)

The IT ERP Specialist (Odoo) is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the company's Odoo ERP system.

The role will work closely with business users, the Digital Solution team, developers, and external vendors to translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions. The position will support standard Odoo configuration, customization, troubleshooting, testing, system changes, integrations, and user support.

The role will prioritize standard Odoo functionality and business process improvements before recommending customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Odoo, ERP, or application development/support.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo module/framework (ORM) concepts.
• Understanding of ERP processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or Manufacturing.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to communicate and work with business users, technical teams, and clients.
• Knowledge of API, Git, Linux, or server environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI and Agentic AI tools to support daily work, problem-solving, documentation, analysis, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously improve Odoo ERP systems.
• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
• Configure standard Odoo functionality and recommend process improvements before proposing customization.
• Customize and modify Odoo modules, reports, workflows, and features when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo functional and technical issues.
• Support integrations between Odoo and other systems or applications.
• Conduct system testing, migration support, documentation, and deployment of system changes.
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Support the monitoring and maintenance of Odoo system performance, stability, database, and related technical environments.
