IT Executive

• Willing to work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Assist in user onboarding and setup of IT systems, devices, and accounts.
• Perform routine system health checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
