IT Executive

We are looking for motivated IT Executive to join our team!

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support across HQ, warehouse, and retail shops, with a focus on POS systems, CCTV, company IT equipment, Google Drive, security, and attendance systems.

The role will also support new shop openings, IT projects, and system improvements to ensure smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, network, and IT equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot POS systems, including devices, printers, scanners, payment terminals, and connectivity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, Armour Security, and attendance systems, including coordination with vendors.
• Manage company laptops, mobile phones, Google Drive, user accounts, and system access.
• Support new shop openings, including setup and testing of POS, internet, CCTV, security, attendance systems, and IT equipment.
• Maintain IT assets and coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and system improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT working experience.
• Hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting, hardware, networking, POS systems, and CCTV.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and provide on-site IT support at retail shops, warehouse, and new shop locations when required.
