Job Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Configure and support official email accounts (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Handle server administration, user account management, backups, and system maintenance.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for IT-related services and issue resolution.
- Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and regular system backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Networking, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Outlook, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Candidates available for immediate joining or with a short notice period.
