IT Executive

Job Summary

Vinayak Jewels India Private Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in maintaining hardware, software, networking, and user support in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems.
• Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Printer and peripheral device management.
• MS Office and Outlook support.
• Knowledge of ERP support will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or equivalent.
• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer.
• Experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
