JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the value of our solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments, and analysis to determine customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Providing technical support for printers, desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT problems related to printers, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity issue in a timely manner
• Set up and maintaining IT related matters configurations
• Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades
• Maintain IT assets inventory and documentation
• Documenting all support activities and maintaining detailed records of incidents and resolutions
• Involve in IT related projects and system upgrades as required
• Lead and manage IT Team

Requirements:

• Diploma of Computer Science.
• Strong understanding and technical skills of copier technologies (printers/copier/scanner)
• 1 - 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, IT software solution design, software and hardware, or a related field, preferably in a vendor or system integrator environment and expert in printing management software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
