Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
• Manage network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking issues.
• Provide ERP support and troubleshooting to users.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, computers, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Visit different outlets/sites across Delhi NCR for technical support.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical issues.
• Maintain basic records of IT assets, complaints, and service activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize operational downtime.

• Basic Computer & IT Infrastructure Knowledge
• Good Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
• Willingness to Travel / Field Work
