IT Executive

• Responsible for the management and maintenance of subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems;

• Responsible for testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems;

• Responsible for researching new business system requirements, system implementation, and training;

• Responsible for the maintenance of company office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and office networks;

• Responsible for maintaining and inspecting the status of business system servers in the company’s data center;

• Responsible for the maintenance of company video conferencing equipment and telecommunication devices (excluding parts managed by the carrier);

• Responsible for daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company;

• Possesses strong learning ability and adaptability;

• Has good documentation skills;

• Completes other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications：

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

2. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.

4. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.

5. At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.

6. Able to work overtime when needed.
