Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT support, infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and IT security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and email.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, and basic network issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, warranties, and documentation.
• Support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and office technology.
• Assist with antivirus, backups, system updates, and basic cybersecurity.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support/administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
