IT EXECUTIVE

• Provide day-to-day technical and helpdesk support for internal staff across desktop PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage, configure and maintain local network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and security protocols via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee routine system maintenance, daily data backups, anti-virus protocols and disaster recovery processes.
• Support core business systems, such as local ERP platforms, accounting software and point-of-sale systems.
• Manage IT assets, software licensing and hardware inventories while liasing with external vendors and service providers.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT user support, system administration or network maintenance**.**
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and network security.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, ability to multitask and self motivated work ethic.
