IT Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, CCTV , EPBX landline , and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and connectivity problems.
• Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain office networks, internet connectivity, and data backups.
• Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus programs.
• Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and service requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical services when required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
• Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, presentations, and new employees.

Preferred Qualification:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferred).
• Knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printer management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
