What they need
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and monitor Operational Technology systems that interface with production machinery.
- Manage and troubleshoot MES, ERP & WMS software.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, MS Office, email, VPN, and remote access.
- Support and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network configurations.
- Assist in IT asset inventory management and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and report potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device setup, user credential creation).
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
