What they need
- Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and IT-related issues.
- Handle employee support requests including password resets, user account management, and access-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Manage Active Directory, domain user creation, folder sharing permissions, and user access controls.
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Prepare and configure new laptops, desktops, and IT assets for new employee onboarding.
- Maintain inventory records of desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and other IT assets.
- Monitor and manage Remote Desktop Connections (RDC) and provide remote user support.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, AMC, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus management, and security checks.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, support logs, and service reports.
- Assist in implementation of IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and technology initiatives across the organization.
