What they need
- Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
- Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and network security.
- Maintain user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Ensure regular data backup and recovery procedures are implemented.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT equipment maintenance and support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware/software licenses.
