Job Description

Union Developers is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, networks, software, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor network connectivity, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT assets, records, and documentation.
• Assist with data backup, security, and access management.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Support employees with day-to-day technology requirements.
• Follow company IT policies and security procedures.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
