IT Manager – Key Responsibilities / KRA

• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, internet, and hardware.
• Ensure smooth IT support for head office and construction project sites.
• Manage ERP, software applications, email, and user access.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus, and disaster recovery.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, AMC, vendors, and IT procurement.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and site IT systems.
• Control IT budget and optimize technology costs.
• Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
• Lead the IT team and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Support digitalization and automation of business processes.
• Provide regular IT performance and risk reports to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
