IT EXECUTIVE

Includes but is not limited to:

1. Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
2. Install, configure, and update hardware and software components.
3. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to minimize downtime.
5. Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
6. Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
7. Monitor IT systems for potential security breaches and vulnerabilities.
8. Enforce cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.
10. Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, issues, processes, and configurations.
11. Document IT assets and manage inventory.
12. Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Min working experience 2-4 years on related fields
• Possess initiative and service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with users
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills with hardware, software, and networking
• Willing to travel
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
