IT Executive

Job Overview:

Incheon Kia is looking for an IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT support at our showroom and service center. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computers, networks, software, CCTV, printers, and other IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support to showroom and service center staff.
• Install and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network-related issues.
• Support dealership ERP/DMS and other software applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric, and access-control systems.
• Handle software installation, updates, and basic system maintenance.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support when required.
• Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and repairs.
• Support data backup and basic IT security requirements.
• Ensure all IT systems are working properly and minimize downtime.
• Assist with new computer/system installations and other IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience in an automobile showroom, dealership, service center, or similar environment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, printers, and software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and Wi-Fi/network systems.
• Ability to work independently and support different departments

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
