IT Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the organization’s hardware, software, network, and systems.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable supporting employees across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including system allocation, access setup, and recovery of company assets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, email, operating systems, and other workplace applications.
• Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and track allocation of laptops, accessories, and other equipment.
• Manage software installations, licenses, updates, and renewals.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
• Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and basic IT security practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, assets, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor network and system performance and escalate critical issues when required.
• Support employees with video conferencing, meeting room, presentation, and other technology requirements.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, security protocols, and access controls.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee IT tickets and maintain records of recurring issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office/Google Workspace, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addresses, DNS, and routers.
• Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory systems.
• Good understanding of IT security and data protection practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requests simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration.

Preferred

• Experience working in a media, advertising, creative, or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and SaaS tools.
• Experience managing IT assets and employee access.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
