KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute annual marketing calendar — ATL, BTL, digital
- Manage customer loyalty program — design, track, improve
- Run social media accounts — content creation, posting, engagement
- Plan and execute in-store events — festivals, launches, sampling
- Design WhatsApp and SMS campaigns — segmented, personalized
- Manage marketing budget — allocate across channels, track ROI
- Coordinate with vendors — printers, agencies, influencers
- Analyse customer data — purchase patterns, preferences, segmentation
- Build partnerships — local community, schools, corporates
- Coordinate with CRAs at each store on ground-level execution
- Monitor brand reputation — online reviews, social media mentions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
