IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to PCs, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Provide support and maintenance for ERP systems and AutoCount system.
• Assist with system configuration, data management, system updates, and user support.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with programming, scripting, system customization, and troubleshooting when required.
• Work with vendors or external IT service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, system records, and user access.
• Perform regular data backup and assist with IT security and system recovery.
• Provide technical support and training to users when required.
• Carry out other IT-related duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiar with programming and basic software development concepts.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting / AutoCount system is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot problems independently and provide practical solutions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
