IT Executive – Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT support at our Head Office and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle computer, printer, internet and Wi-Fi related issues
• Install and update office software and systems
• Manage basic CCTV/DVR/NVR monitoring and support
• Create and manage employee email/user accounts
• Maintain regular data backups
• Maintain IT equipment and software records
• Coordinate with internet, CCTV and hardware service providers
• Provide basic technical support to staff
• Maintain records of IT issues and solutions
• Visit branches when required for IT support

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred
• Freshers with good practical IT knowledge can also apply
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi and CCTV
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Willingness to travel to branches when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
