IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and IT-related systems.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, systems, and basic IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support cybersecurity practices, data protection, backups, and access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
• Maintain proper records of IT incidents, assets, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
• Assist with IT setup and technical support for new employees and offboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of networking, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows systems, user management, and common business applications.
• Knowledge of IT security and basic system administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced software-house environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
