IT Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and business applications (MES, ERP, HUB, and RTDB). The role provides technical support to users, coordinates with HQ and vendors, and ensures smooth daily IT operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide user support for MES, ERP, HUB, RTDB, and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Coordinate with HQ IT teams on system issues and requests.
• Provide data and documentation requested by HQ.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and server room facilities (UPS, humidifier, etc.).
• Coordinate network and office automation (OA) operations with outsourced service providers.
• Liaise with IT vendors for maintenance and technical support.
• Support ITGC audits and compliance activities.
• Assist in IT infrastructure improvement and enhancement projects.
• Prepare routine IT operation reports.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of servers, networks, and IT systems.
