IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, printer and mobile device issues.
• Manage helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution.

Network & Systems Support

• Monitor and maintain network connectivity (HQ, branch offices, and VPN links).
• Assist in configuring switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Support remote users with VPN and secure access.

User & Asset Management

• Assist in new staff IT onboarding (PC setup, email account creation, access rights).
• Maintain IT inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, networking equipment).
• Track software licenses, renewals and compliance.

IT Operations & Maintenance

• Perform regular system backups, updates and patching.
• Ensure antivirus, endpoint security and firewall rules are updated.
• Monitor servers, NAS and cloud backup health.

Project Assistance

• Support in implementing projects such as:

  • Network redesign and upgrade.
  • Cybersecurity improvements.
  • Data/ Document management system (DMS).
  • Digitization initiatives for departments.

Prepare, maintain and update IT documentation & reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN), and IT security.
• Experience with Data / Document Management Systems.
• Experience with Synology NAS, firewalls, and cloud storage solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to branch offices, sales galleries, and construction sites when required.
