IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Windows desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP troubleshooting.
• New user system setup, software installation, and IT onboarding support.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to all Chennai office users as well as our Site office users.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, networking, internet, and other technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
• Assist with Outlook, Teams, and other standard IT application-related issues.
• Support IT offboarding activities, including asset collection and system/data-related requirements.
• Maintain IT support/incident records and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure at the Chennai office.
• Handle other routine IT support and technical activities assigned by the IT Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support, IT Executive, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide on-site support and learn new technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
