IT Executive

Job Summary-

We are looking for a hands-on IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, employee IT support, hardware/software, IT assets, email accounts, and office IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities-

*Manage official email accounts, user access, configuration, password resets, and deactivation.

*Manage official social media/business accounts and WeChat accounts.

*Handle laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, CCTV, displays, and other IT equipment.

*Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, and applications.

*Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.

*Maintain complete IT asset inventory, including allocation, transfer, return, repair, and replacement records.

*Maintain records of software licenses, credentials, purchases, repairs, and installations.

*Coordinate IT equipment purchases, repairs, AMC/maintenance, and external vendors.

*Ensure smooth functioning and availability of all office IT infrastructure and equipment.

Required Skills

*Strong knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software installation, and system configuration.

*Hands-on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting and IT support.

*Knowledge of email administration and user access management.

*Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi, networking, printers, CCTV, and office IT infrastructure.

*Good understanding of IT asset and inventory management.

*Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

*Proactive, responsible, and capable of handling IT issues independently.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / BCA / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
