IT Executive

This role is designed for a versatile "Jack-of-all-trades" who can manage the diverse technology stack of a small to medium-sized business. You will be the go-to person for everything from hardware assembly to network configuration and cybersecurity. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate is comfortable jumping between Windows, Mac(*Optional* we don’t have any MAC yet but just mention it) , and Linux (*optional* file server is LINUX UI based) no command line knowledge required but if they got the basic then good) environments, understands the physical and logical layers of networking, and takes pride in maintaining a secure, efficient workspace for all users. Key Responsibilities 1. Systems & OS Administration * Provide technical support for Windows (10/11), macOS, and Linux distributions. * Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 environments (*optional *we don’t have windows server for now but in future if we have to). * Create and manage administrative and standard user profiles, ensuring appropriate permissions and security groups. 2. Network Infrastructure * Configure and troubleshoot core networking components: Routers, Switches, and Access Points. * Manage IP addressing schemes, including Static IP assignments and DHCP reservations. * Understand and implement Subnet Masks and VLANs to segment network traffic for security and performance. * Maintain physical cabling, ensuring the correct use of Ethernet standards (Cat5e, Cat6, etc.). 3. Hardware & Peripherals * PC Assembly: Build and upgrade workstations from scratch. * Component Knowledge: Expert understanding of storage (SSD, HDD, NVME) and memory (RAM) types to optimize system performance. * Printing: Setup and troubleshoot networked printers on the LAN, including physical connectivity (Ethernet/USB). 4. Cybersecurity & Maintenance * Deploy and manage enterprise-grade Antivirus/EDR software. * Perform malware, virus, and Trojan removal; conduct post-incident analysis to prevent re-infection. * Stay vigilant against security threats and ensure all systems are patched and updated. 5. Email & Collaboration Suites * Provision and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite). * Configure email clients using POP3 and IMAP protocols where specialized setup is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
