IT Executive

Job Title: IT Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Job Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot operating system, software, network, internet, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and permissions.
• Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and security maintenance.
• Assist with data backup, recovery, and basic IT security procedures.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of antivirus software, system security, and data backup procedures.
