IT Executive

About the role

To maintain the Group's IT systems and infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and support automation and system integration projects to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, system updates and software installations.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular backup checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist in maintaining network security, VPN, cybersecurity controls and data protection.
• Provide first-level SAP and business application support, investigate issues and coordinate with external vendors for resolution.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows and support integration between SAP, Microsoft 365, Excel and other business systems.
• Work with different departments to automate manual processes, test automation solutions and resolve workflow errors.
• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, software licences and employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records and automation user guides.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT support, system administration, network management and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, Windows systems and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Power Automate, SAP support or system integration will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to support users across different departments.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team.
