IT Executive

KoderLabs is hiring for the position of IT Executive.

Job Description (JD)

• Provide first-line IT support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Install, configure, and image operating systems and standard software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot office network connectivity.
• Manage VPS/cloud servers, updates, backups, and access.
• Coordinate with ISPs for internet issues, upgrades, and renewals.
• Manage internet and mobile SIM billing and renewals.
• Coordinate IT procurement with the Admin department.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and conduct periodic audits.
• Document IT procedures and troubleshooting processes.
• Recommend improvements to IT systems and infrastructure.

Job Specification (JS)

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration.
• Understanding of computer hardware and component-level troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VLANs.
• Basic Linux server administration and VPS/cloud hosting knowledge.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with IT asset inventory and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Windows Server or Linux server administration.
• Switch, router, and firewall configuration.
• VLAN and VPN setup.
• Server backup and access control management.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
