Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and software across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, networks, internet connectivity, and email.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS (Point of Sale) systems and related equipment across retail outlets.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in managing network connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure regular data backups and maintain the security and confidentiality of company information.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, technical issues, and service requests.
• Provide technical assistance to employees at the corporate office, commissary, and retail outlets as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with POS systems, printers, and retail IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical issues and provide timely solutions.
