Job Description – IT Executive

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Position: IT ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations within the office.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and internet connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services if required.
• Maintain data backups and basic IT security protocols.
• Support office systems, attendance devices, and basic server/network operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience as an IT Executive/IT Support in the BPO industry.
• Basic knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience)

5 Days Working
