IT Executive

• Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Respond to IT helpdesk requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and IT peripherals.
• Support system and network administration including user account management, email setup, and access rights.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and software deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT procurement and support.
• Educate and guide staff on IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and safe use of technology.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and prepare technical reports for IT management.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk (fresh graduates with strong knowledge may apply).
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with IT security practices and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
