IT Executive

We are looking for an IT Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company’s network and systems.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, networking, hardware, software, backups, and basic security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, software, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot office network connectivity.
• Manage basic network configuration and understand IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN.
• Understand the difference between routers and switches and their functions.
• Troubleshoot slow computer performance, including CPU, RAM, disk usage, startup applications, and background processes.
• Use tools such as Task Manager, Disk Cleanup, Windows Security, and Event Viewer for troubleshooting.
• Handle basic VPN setup and troubleshooting for secure remote access.
• Maintain regular backups of important company data and ensure data can be restored when required.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of IT assets, systems, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with external IT/service providers whenever required.
• Ensure company systems and IT infrastructure are functioning smoothly.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in IT Support / IT Executive / Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware/software.
• Basic to good understanding of networking concepts.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Router, Switch, and VPN.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
• Good communication and employee-support skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
