IT Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the hotel’s IT infrastructure and daily technical operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and hotel-related IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and networking systems.
• Provide IT support to hotel staff across Front Office, Accounts, F&B, and Administration departments.
• Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IP telephony.
• Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware maintenance and IT services.
• Ensure smooth functioning of PMS, POS, and other hotel management software.
• Maintain IT inventory, backups, and user access management.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Basic knowledge of networking, routers, switches, Windows OS, printers, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hotel software systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and Wi-Fi management.
• Experience with PMS/POS systems in hotels.
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
