IT Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
• Monitor data backups using Synology NAS, Veeam, or equivalent solutions and assist with data recovery.
• Install and maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Configure new systems, perform OS installations, software updates, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, network documentation, IP records, and technical support reports.
• Support CCTV, biometric attendance, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and security improvements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, networking, routing, switching, and VLANs.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Synology NAS or Veeam.
• Knowledge of antivirus, endpoint security, and data recovery.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure support preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
