IT Executive / CRM Executive / Data Management Executive

Desired profile of the candidate

• Manage data consolidation from all departments and generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and validate master data with high accuracy
• Support CRM and WhatsApp automation platforms user management, troubleshooting & vendor coordination
• Handle barcode generation and maintain barcode database for product catalogue
• Assist warehouse and dispatch team with barcode-based inventory tracking
• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and networking devices
• Perform regular data backup and recovery
• Maintain IT asset register, software licenses and SOP documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, hardware and software support
• Train office staff on new software features

Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)

Can also accept candidates with up to 3-5 years experience
