IT Executive – Front/Bankend & Website Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive Portal & Website Maintenance responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring company websites, portals, and related IT systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure optimal performance, security, uptime, and user experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of company websites and internal/external portals
• Ensure website uptime, performance, and functionality
• Update website content, banners, forms, and modules as required
• Monitor and resolve website and portal-related issues in real time
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues related to portals, servers, and hosting
• Do the developing of coding, vendors, and hosting partners when required
• Perform regular testing and debugging of website features
• Work on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS
• Manage plugins, themes, and system updates

Technical Skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
• CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Hosting & Server basics (Linux/Windows)
• Domain, DNS, and SSL management
• Website security best practices
• Database basics (MySQL)
• Front and Backend developer
• Website developer
• Understanding of front and backend technologies

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
