IT Executive - Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and operational readiness of business‑critical applications.
• Act as the senior escalation point for local business applications and digital solutions.
• Coordinate incident management, access issues, configuration support, and escalations with MSC Global IT / SSC teams.
• Ensure application support activities comply with MSC Global IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Support internal and external IT audits, ISO reviews, and compliance activities related to digital solutions.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, enhancements, patches, and global rollouts.
• Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, execution evidence, and consolidate business feedback for approval.
• Coordinate change management activities including user communication, readiness validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Act as the primary local interface with MSC Global IT and approved application vendors.
• Track enhancement progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, escalating issues when required.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support delivery coordination.
• Maintain application documentation including support procedures, UAT evidence, operational handover, and audit records.
• Support approved low‑code / no‑code solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps) under defined governance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced user experience within approved digital platforms.
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to IT Executives supporting digital solutions.
• Act as delegated representative of the IT Manager for digital solution matters when assigned.

Key Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification needed: Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum years of relevant work experience of 3 years
• Managerial skills, ability to lead a team, familiar with IT Infrastructure setup, familiar with IT project management
• And able to write ad-hoc program to support the business operation
