IT Executive – Infrastructure & Network

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Purview, covering user, license, access, device and compliance administration.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email, shared folders, security groups and related identity services.
• Monitor, configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and internet connectivity.
• Support Windows servers, Active Directory, file servers, backup systems and basic cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, software and other IT-related issues.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, security policies and device compliance.
• Perform IT asset management, including device setup, tagging, allocation, replacement and lifecycle tracking.
• Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new joiners, including briefings on corporate IT systems, security requirements and the acceptable use of IT resources.
• Provision and prepare the required IT devices, peripherals, user accounts and system access for new joiners, in coordination with HR and relevant departments, to ensure readiness by the employee’s joining date.
• Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software and licenses, including the preparation of specifications, quotation evaluation, vendor coordination, and documentation for procurement, subscriptions, renewals and related approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on maintenance, troubleshooting, warranty matters and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects, such as network upgrades, device deployment, security solutions, and server, cloud and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, asset records and system configuration records.
• Monitor and resolve IT incidents and service requests within the required service levels.
• Support IT governance, cybersecurity, audit and compliance requirements, where applicable.
• Perform and comply with all duties and tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and the Windows environment.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience in endpoint management, IT security, backup, asset management and user support.
• Experience in vendor management and IT procurement is an advantage.
