IT Executive ( Infrastructure)

Experienced IT professional skilled in managing servers, networks, and infrastructure security. Specialize in troubleshooting hardware and software, overseeing procurement, and implementing data backup protocols. Committed to system reliability, proactively manage upgrades and vendor relations to optimize IT performance.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network, email system, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot IT issue and provide user support, both remotely and on-site.
• Handle hardware setup and maintenance, and manage IT equipment procurement.
• Configure and support network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and basic security controls.
• Perform system backup, recovery, and server operation procedure.
• Manage user account and access control across email, VPN and file severs.
• Assist in IT project, system upgrades and vendor coordination.
• Propose solutions and continuously improve existing system.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 years related experience in IT support field are preferred.
• Solid knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
• Basic experience in Windows Server administration (eg. Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Able to work independently with good communication and coordination skills.
• Required Language(s) : English, Chinese and Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
