IT Executive / Senior IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, printers and connectivity.

• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, access rights, software licences and subscriptions.

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and system issues.

• Manage and support ERP and other business applications, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.

• Maintain and update Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to improve business processes and reporting.

• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access setup and IT asset deployment.

• Liaise with third-party IT vendors on technical support, maintenance, purchases, renewals and service issues.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licences, systems and configurations, and recommend improvements where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, access rights, licences and subscriptions.

• Experience with ERP/business applications, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems will be highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI and Excel for workflow automation, reporting and data analysis will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing software licences, IT vendors and third-party service providers.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple IT matters.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented and hands-on approach.
