IT Field Support Engineer (Level 2)

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain end-user devices and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L2 technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Resolve Windows OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware replacement, break/fix, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and user account-related issues.
• Respond to service requests and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and support activities.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Field Support, Desktop Support, or Deskside Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and provide onsite support as required.
