IT Field Support Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Field Support Supervisor to lead our team of IT Field Technicians. In this role, you’ll oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of all restaurant technology systems — including POS, network infrastructure, and hardware — across multiple locations.

This is a critical operational position that ensures our restaurants remain fully functional 24/7. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, train, and schedule the IT Field Technicians Team to ensure timely response and efficient resolution of all support requests.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of POS systems, network devices, and other restaurant technology equipment.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Brand’s IT team, our restaurant operations team and third party vendors to prioritize and resolve technical issues.
• Manage service requests, ensuring completion, accuracy, and clear follow-up communication with restaurant management.
• Provide hands-on technical support for escalated or complex issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licensing, and equipment inventory.
• Monitor team performance, service levels, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead and support the rollout of new technologies across restaurant locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or field service, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of POS technology, hardware/software troubleshooting and network systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive problem solver.
• Willingness to travel between restaurant locations and work flexible hours when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or multi-unit retail environments.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology platforms such as POS systems, KDS, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience using remote access software's.
